OneHealthPort offers secure access to online tools and resources for Group Health's contracted providers

Group Health Cooperative, Premera Blue Cross, Regence BlueShield, and First Choice Health all offer one-stop access to their secure provider Web sites

SEATTLE, WA — December 29, 2003 — OneHealthPort, a Seattle-based healthcare internet security service, today announced that Group Health's Web site, MyGroupHealth for Contracted Providers, is now accessible to contracted providers with the common, OneHealthPort digital credential. OneHealthPort offers the healthcare community a secure portal to the online services offered by leading local health organizations.

Healthcare professionals currently using OneHealthPort may now access MyGroupHealth for Contracted Providers, as well as the Web sites of other participating organizations. For information about how to register for OneHealthPort's free service, visit www.onehealthport.com.

MyGroupHealth for Contracted Providers enables users to work with Group Health anytime with online resources and tools to check eligibility, see claims and referral status, submit referrals, and get answers to Group Health questions. Users may access MyGroupHealth for Contracted Providers in one of two ways: through the OneHealthPort Web site, or via www.ghc.org.

"Doing business electronically saves time and money for providers and their patients," said Scott Armstrong, chief operating officer for Group Health. "It eliminates a lot of health plan paperwork and minimizes the time providers spend on the phone."

"OneHealthPort helps local healthcare providers use online services to simplify and improve their workflow. We're glad to offer providers single sign-on to vital local healthcare sites," said Richard Rubin, CEO of OneHealthPort.
