Administrator's Subscriber Revocation function disabled
A recent fix of our website to allow use of the Internet Explorer version 9 browser has created a bug in the ability of a OneHealthPort administrator to revoke a subscriber account.
Users with existing OneHealthPort accounts can still log-in to health plan sites to do daily work and administrators are able to use all other administrator functions on OneHealthPort.
We are actively working to resolve this problem through an application fix. Until this issue has been resolved, we provide the following directions for how to manage subscriber accounts using the affiliations funcion of the administrators menu.
Here is a brief video of the affiliation tool, for step-by-step instructions see the lower portion of the page.
Login to the Admin Menu and Select the Manange Subscriber link
Enter the Subscriber User ID of the person you would like to add, remove or change the role of in your organization
Select the "Modify" link
To Remove someone from your organizaiton, check the delete option next to your organizations name, then click update. This will completely remove this user from your account, they will be unable to access any OneHealthPort services until reattached to an new organization
We apologize for any hassle this may cause you and hope to be able to solve this issue soon.
