Clinical Data Repository Data Products
To serve a wide array of data needs from small rural provider practices and non-profits to researchers at large universities and state agencies, there are five types of data products available to qualified applicants. The table below shows the types of data available. Data can be provided as an extract or in a report format.
Review the CDR data set description document for detail about the data and to determine what type of data will be requested. The type and format of data will be specified by the data requester during the application process.
