Registration

Organizations contracted with the OneHealthPort HIE must register facilities before exchanging information. Facilities include hospitals, clinics or practices in the organization. Identifiers are assigned to the facilities for use in the messages sent through the HIE.

Prepare for Facility Registration

  • Identify the facilities that you plan to register.
  • For each facility you must provide:
    • Physical address and phone number.
    • Business contact name, email and phone number.
    • Technical contact name, email and phone number.
