First Choice Health Administrators is a division of First Choice Health, dedicated to providing comprehensive, local benefit plan administrative services for self-insured employers and benefit plan sponsors. Our full suite of integrated solutions is highly electronic, highly efficient and flexible to meet the needs of our clients. Any information on the First Choice Health Network (FCHN) PPO will not be available through this web site. Each FCHN payor has this information and it is not always available to First Choice Health Network. First Choice Health Network is strongly encouraging its partner carriers and administrators to become participating sites using OneHealthPort security.
