OneHealthPort Clinical Portal Resources for Correctional/Detention Facilities

The Clinical Portal is a web portal that allows authorized users to access clinical and claims data for Medicaid patients in Washington. This information is contained with OneHealthPort’s Clinical Data Repository (CDR).

Step 1

To use the Clinical Portal, your organization must be registered with OneHealthPort’s Single Sign-On (SSO) service and have a OneHealthPort Health Information Exchange (HIE) Participation Agreement with Special Terms.

Once you have reviewed the instructions, click on this link to start the registration process for your organization or facility.

Next, you will need to sign the HIE Participation Agreement with Special Terms for Correctional/ Detention Facilities. Step 2

In this step, the Administrator(s) will approve individual users (“Subscribers”) to access the CDR based on your policy of who may have access. The Administrator will also ensure each user is aware of the rules regarding confidentiality of the information they access.

Step 3

Individual users sign onto the CDR Portal and access information on individual patients.

Internal Policy on Use of CDR (not a requirement)
